Cloud Elements' platform, including user information and data, is safely hosted in a secure multi-tenant cloud environment for performance and stability. While we implement top-tier security policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of our user's information, some organizations may prefer a dedicated cloud environment for several reasons, including as an additional level of security. For these users, we offer private cloud deployment.
Overview
Private cloud deployment allows Cloud Elements user organizations to easily store their instances and data within their own dedicated Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environment. While deploying a Cloud Elements environment to a private cloud once required several weeks of custom development, Private Cloud Deployment automates and streamlines the process to only a few hours.
Once deployed to your private cloud, the environment itself can run in your organization's subaccount, or in your organization's own AWS account (provided Cloud Elements is granted full operational privileges necessary for setup and configuration). Our privately deployed cloud environments support managed services, with additional support and features currently in development.
