G2C - Restarting The G2C Service

Occasionally, the G2C service will not recognize commands through the GUI. When this happens, you need to manually restart the G2C Windows service.

To do this:

  1. Open the Services UI from the Start menu.
  2. Locate the G2C service named Ground2Cloud and stop the service.
  3. Make the changes in the G2C GUI.
  4. Restart the service after making the changes.
