The Salesforce Files element can be used when uploading files for a Salesforce Files account. This element works with the SFDC chatter files system and this does not support a folder structure system. This means that the "path" parameter refers only to the file name and its extension and not the folder structure where the file is being uploaded.
If you are interested in working with a folder system, we offer the Salesforce Libraries element, which invokes the SFDC content management system (ContentDocument, ContentWorkspace, etc).
